Oh no - it has been a long time since I blogged.. Been busy that's why....

Liverpool has been affected this season by the H1N1 virus-like symptoms... Players and club is performing without the Flu vaccine and are suffering... What Vaccine? It is to change the mindset of players and look at their own performances that have yet to compare with the other teams in the league...

The road is heading south and I do not see much ahead of a U turn of sorts... Saving grace may be a Europa Finals? I do not wish to speculate on that either... YNWA - You never walk alone or is it You'll Never Win Again? Oh please say it's the first one.. PLEASE....

It has been another series of poor performances by Liverpool. However, take heart of the win against Spurs last week. There is always hope that they will come out of it.

There has been talk about changes. The most important change must come from the players themselves to make things happen. They are the ones on the field and need to play above themselves. Ultimately, football is a team game and team spirit will carry the team forward. Not managers, finance, fans or any other form of intervention. These are the things that are supposed to 'feed' the team.

Lets all look forward to a great revival seen before from Liverpool. The Champ league win in 2005 and recently last season's finishing performances by the team.

Hi - yes another disastrous session - Liverpool is not going in the right direction. Why? Is it the manager? The players? The fans who are impatient? The teams they meet? All these questions and comments we see on the media about Liverpool's dismal performances point to a lot of factors. They directly or indirectly contribute to Liverpool's state of form now. How does one get out of it? Well it's all about self belief - this is true for us humans as well. If we have low self esteem it affects us - if the players have low self esteem it only means marginal performance - aim for the stars and you may end up in the moon - GET IT? Aim to just win a game and you are sunk... Aim High :) Any pool players reading this? Well it will benefit anyone reading this - experience it and you will get there...

Yes, it has happened. Liverpool once again came back, like they have done many times before to pull off a victory when they were down and this marks another comeback. Yes, no Gerrard, Torres not 100% and all that!

This drama unfolding in the BPL has given renewed hope for Liverpool and they need to take wind of this and make another charge at getting the titles they long deserved. Let us all see how the events unfold before us in this journey. Arsenal next... and it goes on - one match at a time.

Yes - the new EPL season starts this weekend and already there are so many changes. Some have gone (Hyppia, Alonso, Penant?) and we have new ones in Johnson and the italian guy - but the team remains somewhat the same with the key players still in tact. Liverpool need to up the ante by getting one more big name into the club if they are serious about League or any title this season but let see how things unfold. Yes its over now. The title has eluded Liverpool again. But the story continues... The season produced one of the best performance from Liverpool so far. Man U have just equalled our record and has become a formidable force to challenge. This obviously spills over to the next season where things are already looking promising. I dare say that Liverpool will take the next League title and am optimistic enough to say this. This bold prediction comes from the way the Liverpool team ended their season. Fiery challenges and fierce battles won on the field against formidable opponents makes me predict this. 14 MAR 2009 - Mark this day for a long time to come... Yes it was an absolute indication by Liverpool that they are at ranks with the best in the business in soccer supremacy - a 1 - 4 victory at Man U's home ground - no less - but not forgeting their past achievements this season - defeating ARSENAL, CHELSEA and MAN U - such is the record this season - it is just fantastic.

I am not worried about what happens next in the future - Liverpool has shown their ability to play at levels that was not thought possible - yes - the self belief has returned - and I reckon it is here to stay awhile - the future can only be brighter...

Yes, yes - guilty of not blogging for some time now... Well the EPL has gone through some twists and turns and now Liverpool, as of today is in 3rd place... Ahh what can one say but it seens when things don't go your way it crumbles..

Liverpool has the potential to take the League title and many more.. IF they play their best in all fronts.. Have some issues with the players fielded and taken off too.. but hey, who am I to change things? Not in control that's for sure... Critical to winning.. I will say it plainly.. If players play their parts well the team will win.. No need to focus on luck too much here... Just give your best.. How can one give their best if they are not playing in the game? Taken out during the game? Not playing the strongest team? Well, the answer is there somewhere in these questions... Anyone reading this? hahaha...

Liverpool has been on good tidings with them sitting at the top of the Premiere League. I feel the team has risen to the occasion several times and the feeling of being No. 1 has become a reality. The players are realizing the power of position in the league and its keeping them on their toes. The believe is back with the players and team.

The Gerrard incident though, was a sad tinge in the celebrations. It has not affected his game however, showing maturity on the part of the player concerned. Lets wait and see what happens to the case.. Meanwhile, Man U is planning an assault for the top place... The story continues...

Oh What a trip to India - it was an adventure really - these are just some shots of the 197 I took there - An old church that is huge, part of the Tanjore Temple (Its only a small portion of the entire temple - really!), the oldest temple, our beloved driver and vehicle - no easier way to get around than that and finally the street after some heavy rainfall in Chennai! It was indeed an adventure spending two weeks in India and still not covered most of the country! Well will be a while before the next one though.

Liverpool is still at the top of the table, by a stroke of luck with Chelsea drawing their game too! Well its all a sign that Liverpool is gonna take on the League brother! Enjoy the pictures!

Yes its Deepavali season now and why am I highlighting it? Well that's easy - Liverpool won Chelsea 1-0 and that sent Liverpool up on the Eve of Deepavali - what a great gift for Deepavali - photos are of deco in Serangoon Road - the light up and party this year I hear was great.. Topping it of with a top of the table victory by Liverpool.. I saw some real aggression to win from the team - good work guys.. You are showing what you are made of. With this continuing I am sure we are on course for the title race.. :)

Yes - Liverpool has started well and look strong at the Champions League starting game but a minor setback when Stoke City came to Anfield. Yes, they drew a game but it does not appear costly. For now Liverpool need to look for more avenues in the scoring department. They have the players, but they still are underachieving for now.. Other teams seem to be scoring a lot of goals lately - look at Arsenal and even Manchester City.. Wow.. Will Liverpool see such score lines? Lets wait and see - next its Everton.. Hope the goals come along...

Another season of EPL and other soccer journeys are going to start soon. Beijing Olympics is also here and so were the Brazilian Squad. Some pictures of Nature shots I took when I toured the Southern Ridge park connectors from Harbour Front to the Kent Ridge Park - what a journey!

Liverpool is not showing promise of better showing this coming season as they have not fortified their squad.. hmm... Well, they do have great players but the situation is like this.. The great ones in the squad need to be at their best for ALL games for Liverpool to appear as a threat to the rest of the clubs. Having said that, its a mountain in front of them.. They will need to rely on their own strengths and with few new serious additions to the squad its looks difficult.. At Liverpool they welcome players who cherish the dream chance of playing for the club whereas elsewhere teams seem to try to hold on to players who have expressed that they prefer leaving.. hehe... You know what I mean.. Let the league test out Liverpool's sporting gesture to challenge the rest... Like I said - its gonna be tough...

Yes, it has finally ended. The Liverpool dream of a Champions League final ended with the loss to Chelsea. But what a game. Extra time and unfortunate penalty and a few other incidents ended the dream for Liverpool... Hmmm.. Now the long wait for another season and another opportunity for Liverpool. I feel sad that it ended this way but that is how the game is played. Ending with nothing to show for, Liverpool can only get better next season.. Till then, lets all enjoy the Euro 2008... Ok now - the story unfolds in the Premier League - Liverpool have to wait another year for the League title.. hmm... But we can see renewed inspiration for the Champions League once again.. Yes, things are pointing to another Champions League Final appearance. My take is that they should overcome Chelsea and meet 'you know who' in the Final. Be it Barca or more importantly Man Utd - this would be a return match for Liverpool and would be more appropriate of a drama/story unfolding.. I hope to see Liverpool face Man Utd again and this time they should prevail.. Interesting to see how this sort of final - well, on paper it sounds delicious but lets just wait and see... A befitting end to the soccer season... Let the drama unfold by itself...

Oh it has been such a tragedy - the Liverpool v Man Utd game. My analysis: Liverpool need to start believing in themselves. Watching the game was demoralizing. Man Utd were initially cautious. But Liverpool did not show their best and were not on their toes in moving on the pitch. Sadly, the sent-off came and how did they behave after that? They covered themselves in their shells! Any novice will say go all out for broke as you do not have anything to lose from then on. But there was little force, more caution. And it ended as the story unfolds where a team capitalizes on another's weakness in numbers.

Learning point here - character needs to be shown under pressure. Mark of a strong club like Liverpool should have shone under this dire situation but it ended negatively. How they will proceed? Only the players have the answer - pick yourselves up and get on - find another opportunity to shine... Soccer similar to life... Strong character rules over adversity - Tough times don't last but tough people do...

Back again, have been quite busy recently. Too many things happening at one go. Anyways the picture is the SOTA (School of the Arts) building near Sim Lim Square.
Night view - but its beautiful - the building is actually broader than on the picture, the left side is blocked by the trees.

Liverpool is going to have a string of games that is going to decide if they are capable of living up to the challenges of being one of the top clubs in the world. Yes, Man U, Everton and Arsenal have lined up to test Liverpool. Time of reckoning too for the Anfield players to see if they can match up to these games. These tests are necessary to weed out the weakness from the football club and let's see if they can live up to the expectations....

Wow Terminal 3 is on! Went for a visit recently here are some pics on it...

Liverpool are now hot and cooking... Wow torres really is showing why he is worth the milliions... But the games are not over yet.. Champions League fate decided next week and its positive so far... Well the race is for fourth place in the league and finally the changeover of players has somewhat stopped with Rafa reduced to using the best players for each game... In my opinion he should have done that early and with a comfortable lead at the top then introduced his rotation policy.. But hey.. who am I to judge... :D

Oh no - been so long since I blogged.. Been busy actually... Just came back from a Kayaking course and it was adventurous.. Wish could be at sea longer though.. A change from daily routines does wonders for you.. Move you a little out of your sofa set and tv thingy.. haha.. Had a good time - two days in the hot sun, sea and some stiff arms... Liverpool lost AGAIN! - Oh no, not again! what's going on?

Champs league games coming soon - we will see some action this week though.. But poor showing in domestic games by Liverpool has led us down again - 19 years and counting? (Since they won the League...)

I spoke about Gravity and how it relates to olympism - well here is a forward to that - just like olympism, Gravity existed before Newton - and his formulation of laws, formulae brought Gravity to a new high as we all know it today. Yes it has been a long time, sorry - been busy with lots of stuff. Bought a new digital camera and wow its super...! (see some of the pics here!) It is taken with a Canon ixus 70 and its more than a camera... The video is also excellent! (sorry, sounds like advert here..)

More importantly, Liverpool is showing real promise at the beginning of the season and looking forward to more. The episode with Heinze and Man U proves what I have always expected from Man Utd. So I see that its 'okay' for them to obtain the services of a player (Tevez) from a rival EPL club, but their contract will state that no player of theirs can go to another rival club in EPL... Hmm... 'Great' sportsmanship... I will not delve further...

Hello everyone,

Its been some time, yes but now its the start of the EPL and things are firing up for

liverpool.. New faces, new training gear and well I hope news of winning cups this

season. I see that Torres looks like a good inclusion. But its also a month of celebrations.

The obvious long break for the National Day is a welcomed one...

Have been watching 9 ball pool games on TV and am hooked. Want to try it myself and

did have a few sessions. Lets see where this brings me. Looking for fellow pool players

Hi - its mid July and heard some trash talk about Everything Go Up Month (EGUM) in an email a friend sent to me (seem true really....). Well this month hits the middle of the year and yes there are lots of things going up (prices, the temperature, etc). But time being so wonderful - passes - all the good and bad will come to pass - and what have you left? Memories...

Daily routine becomes weekly routine and that becomes monthly routine and so on. Incidences that happen outside this routine life is another thing. I am guilty of following a somewhat timetabled life. Not bad for some of the time but as it goes along, the meaning of living seems to fade. I wonder what I would do if I did not have routine or timetabled schedule for the day.... I actually have a lot of things in mind but manage to do some when opportunity is available... Otherwise I squeeze in some time. There are lots of interesting things to do. Like for example, I want to try skydiving. I also want to try climb a mountain, live in solitude for some time.. The list goes on... For the moment its a routine life.. hmmm..Pictures shows my driver, Prabu from chennai at Marina Beach (about 1 km of sand before reaching the water!) and the chain link at a temple.. The Chain is made of Granite!...Wow..

Yes it has been a long week.. Liverpool lost but there is hope for the next season... Its the holidays now and things have slowed down a little. Still got work in the first week and the end of the holidays is packed with meetings.. hmmm...

But let us not go there yet - holidays first - intend to play some billiards and sharpen my skills in the game.. Got hooked on this after watching games on TV. Quite interesting... Involves lots of concentration on accuracy and mental strength. Two qualities that is required to do most of the things we do in life.. Oh yes and lot of discipline in controlling one's actions.

In life there is no programme or method in which one should live their lives on. There are moral standards that are placed so that everyone lives their lives in their own ways and enjoy it. Main part of the puzzle is the 'how' and 'what' to do in life. Why one has to do certain things and not other things can only be explained by oneself and no one else.

In other words - you have to find out what is life all about. My main worry is what exactly is one expected to do in life. Looking at the 'big' picture - no one seems to have an answer. I have read and looked out for holy people who provide answers and am satisfied with some of them.

My main theory is - there is nothing one MUST do in life - its always choices we make that makes us do things - so we as individuals must decide. But if everyone got their way then there will be some chaos. So going about life doing what we want to do without hindering or knocking at another will do - if we can help it.

I always believe in listening to the spirit within when doing things and it helps. Values like enduring, persevering and seeking to succeed in one's goal is what I like doing... Not very simple right? Well that's life I guess.... Making sense? Well let's talk more.....

Hi,

An eventful week - Liverpool has proven once again that they are a force in soccer to reckon with and of course the 'others' failed to shine when it matters. Another team tried to beat AC Milan trying to make a comeback after 3-0 but they failed to realize that Liverpool were 3-0 down (in 2005) at half time and not near the end of the game! (Ha Ha...) Chelsea and Man U are in for tough games ahead and so does Liverpool in the Final match against AC Milan.
Aviva Open - our local boys are facing each other, Peter Gade won Taufik and more surprises and interesting games coming our way...

Amidst all these - Exams!.. What a timing - well, look on the bright side - it will end and hols will begin!.... Another cycle and half the year is gone, almost! Photos show puzzle I have and an art work of mine.. Nice?

Champions league games were on this week - Liverpool lost to Chelsea in the first leg but there is still the second game at Anfield - going to be an exciting one. Man U have a rather difficult trip to AC Milan knowing well that 2 away goals given is not good for them. We will see how the story goes....

Today I will try to answer a question that bugs most of us... What's happening in school. Yes, most of us go through this part of our lives and it has changed a lot and also not changed that much too!

You know the works, the homework, schoolwork, project work and such. Well, there seem to be no simple answer as each of us face all these WORK! For one, you need to really put things in perspective. Its all learning experience and it is how we decide to look at it. Well this is my opinion - take things in your stride - what you really want to do is take the learning experience (all the works) and make sense out of these. It may be understanding a theory, gaining some ability of sorts, like talent even or simply perseverance or basic social behaviourism. Ability in doing something effective or not is also learning - no matter how difficult or dull it may seem.

Let these learning guide you somehow in understanding yourselves - what cheers you and what cheeses you off (ha ha quite a good choice of words I must say...) And in the event of a few years or in an instant - it will be great if some sort of passion or thirst for some lifelong learning takes place (yes - it may happen - I realized that I had passion to teach, besides other interests, when I was about 18 or so as I developed the ability to learn almost anything practically on my own!....)

Even if you don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.. some of us might - you need to continue to journey on - doing the thing that feels right for you.. Eventually, I am very sure EVERYONE WILL... Are there people who don't? Well they just are continuing their learning journey I say...Making any sense? I hope so.. Tag and let me know... Picture shows new members of my family - cute?

Hi all,

First soccer news - Liverpool is in line for some interesting competition in the Champions League. They meet Chelsea, and if they win - either Man Utd or AC Milan. Hmmm - looks exciting and will keep me interested. My prediction - Liverpool to meet AC Milan in the Finals and to beat them by 2 goals (2-0, 3-1, etc)

That brings me to my second topic - can a day in your life take place as you planned it? Lets think about this.. We have routines in our lives and daily we go through them as if it was pre-planned somehow... It would be interesting to find out if we can actually live a day as we had planned the night before. Try this.. Imagine the night before how your day would be like the next day with all the routines that you would go through and see at the end of the day before you go to bed if it turns out similarly as you had planned... Hmmm - interesting to note what changes came about that was not planned.. And strange still if it turns out exactly as you had predicted the night before... Will try this myself and let you know...

Oh no! One week break went up in smoke so fast...

Well I am no longer in charge of Badminton CCA in school.

Mrs Fiona Ng has taken over and doing a fine job at it.

But I am still in the CCA still - as a teacher.

Once term starts its such a rush for things that I have little

time to ponder - I see the same thing with pupils as well.

My children are also overwhelmed. We all have to do one

thing to resolve this - that is time management. Once you

are forced into considering the time factor into your plans -

and it better be a real one - things should be better... I

still have trouble sometimes with this too.. We have to learn

and adjust from time to time. Some things just never gets

done... Well I try to make up time for that - somehow.....

Yes, Liverpool are back in winning ways again. The thing I love about Liverpool is their; what you can say; Philosophy of soccer. They are not in the top of the league of great soccer clubs for now but they just don't quit trying. There isn't much play on psychology of managers talking crap to incite and change the mindset of opposing teams, no foul play when they buy or sell players, no keeping of good players benched and made useless or that sort of things. They still have a clean bill of sportsmanship that makes them the top club in my book.

Somehow, integrity and football becomes synonyms with the club and that's why I chose them as my favourite club way back in 1976 - 77 (oh so long ago, man!). They often say that these are times where everything changes - well not so really. Some basic fundamental principles do not - take gravity for instance. Nothing much to add really - just small talk. Picture with man with 3 legs? look carefully.... (one shoe is left standing...)

Its the Chinese New Year again... Things have changed and yes its 7% GST in July.. Just before the mid year bonus so that we all can pay back what little extras we get.. ha ha..

Hoping to get some rest (fat hope I think) during this period. Made contact with a college mate after some good 20 years I think.. Meeting him on Saturday and some history to be retold - this goes way back to when I was a college student..

Ah yes, its CNY again and a long break for the non-chinese once more (well appreciated, haha). Coming is the year of the PIG - my lovely son was born on that year. Well home scene is now different - my parents and elder sister have moved in to my place and its kinda crowded. Relationships has changed and its all for the good I guess. At 40 something, you have to do your part for your aging parents and this is my turn. Hope my kids get the hint.. haha...

Have a wonderful wife who is also accomodating to this and we are coping..

Yipee its the weekend again... The soccer scene in Singapore has been temporarily activated... ASEAN cup and our friendly neighbourhood rival Malaysia... Its this Saturday and at the National Stadium...

The things that happen around us always seem to move in many ways beyond our control.. Are we to manage it by getting involved or should we await for the outcome and react in whatever means possible?.. Ah such things always bugs my mind....

I have gained lots of insights into worldly happenings and in the end I somehow feel it does not matter that much for me.. The things that I am to do daily is done and so I sleep fine... But what about the rest of the world?... Well some questions just don't have answers... Or perhaps not yet.. Still exploring.. But there is a saying that what happens to you is happening to the world too.. A simple but profound statement.. Oh sorry guess this is the 'cheem' things I think about.. Dont understand? Once again I find that time runs by too fast. Exciting things happening all around but need to absorb all the happenings. Floods in neighbouring Malaysia is sad. The weather is becoming hostile and looks like it will only get even worse before we can see any improvements - not sure that is coming anyway.. Any expert opinion on this?

For now we have to make do with whatever the weather throws at us and use some sunblock and sunshades in the heat (prevents Tan and UV radiation!) and the umbrellas (or maybe boats?) when it pours...

Life goes on with work and tomorrow comes as usual... Need to spend more time thinking about my years ahead.. What am I gonna do at 50 and above? Ha Ha... no clear answer so far... but need really to think about this...

Yes its been a while since I last blogged - start of school term and happenings are the cause... Liverpool is undergoing bad results and fingers are pointing everywhere within the club. Yes if there are to be winners in life you must also feel for the losers.

The winners can go on winning but must face the facts that losing is also part of the game. How you accept the loss and more importantly how you get back to your winning ways would take hard work and perseverence (try and try and continue to try). Another option for a loss - take another route!.. Ha Ha simple words for complex issues actually.. Hope this makes sense for some of you... the picture says 'bad weather ahead'...

My pupils finally know where they are going to next year.. Well Some piece of advice if you need them...

If you are 'okay' with the school you got - then just go there and do your best. If you think you should appeal to change school - you can and if you really feel so do it.. Don't regret a few years later of not even having tried. If you are sucessful then celebrate and enjoy your new school. If not, then make the best of the situation and just be your best.

That is all you need to do... Do the best with what you have...

Sounds simple - well most things in life are really that simple - go for what you NEED and not what you WANT.. cheers.

Yes, things are looking up again for liverpool. They are there up with the top three in the league and the Arsenal game got postponed (bad weather I think). Liverpool may also be in the 'buy up' by some wealthy Arab and that means money to buy players...

Of course money is not everything. When I ponder about such things I feel that each of us need to look at our own pursuits in life and lift our spirits to achieving our personal goals. This is not easy.

Firstly, most of us don't really know what we want to do... Find out what life means the most to you and you will get some direction. Er.. me still in the driver seat of what I want to do but the journey is not over yet... Still in the process...

Read it somewhere that if you do what you love then you never really 'work' a single day...Cause its what you love to do... Advance Christmas and New Year Greetings to all, Cheers.

Its time like this that we just want to find something to do - got some shopping to do and that is going to take me through december...

Paid a visit to VIVOCITY and it was great.. Went at night so did not get to 'play' with the shallow waters there... Food was great.. lots of eating places... Its quite big - did not get to see everything in one go.. Well there is time for a second visit...

Time - something you can't win against when you lose it. But there are times when you are thankful there are only 24 hours to the day. The PSLE results are out and selecting a Secondary School is a difficult one. Some have made through with DSA, others are still unclear if the right choices have been made.

Well, I really feel that there is no way of knowing that you have made the right choice unless you experience it afterwards.. Ha Ha. But really, I think one should focus on how you are going to react to the situation. The thing is, you cannot control environment but you can control your reaction to it.. Hope you understand, a bit cheem actually...

Change. A simple word but its all around us. There has been some major changes in my lifestyle and am presently coping with them. So the PSLE results will be out tomorrow at noon. Well there is really nothing you can do but wait in anticipation and hope for the best. Would like to wish all P6 pupils all the best.

Remember - this is only one part of your journey in life - its a stepping stone to better things in life. Take it as such no matter what your results are - look forward, look at it positively.

Well this week has been quite miserable and testing for me - things have happened that has left me quite perplexed and tired. The heart is really not in good stead. I have to ride this one alone as I do not wish to lament over what has gone.

This reminds me of some lessons I have learnt previously - it can be summed up in one saying -

Hi - Back from the great outdoors from Perth, Australia - It has been a tiring trip and full of new experiences and places to see, things to learn. I believe the children got more from the trip and would be thankful for the opportunity.

Back to school again on Thursday and back to pile of work just waiting for me...

The recent events on my TAG has shown many things - people are sensitive and react to accusations and remarks - so the lesson here is to say what is true and say it in a manner that really makes the meaning clear.

All the use of vulgarity is really showing immature behaviour. How? Well look at the incident in the world cup where a famous french player actually head-butted an opponent. It is the intention of the opponent to anger and agravate the french player - with what? WORDS..

And although he was a mature, professional - he showed the world that he could not control himself - because of what? WORDS - so you must see that words provoke a lot of emotions - and the mature learn how to use it to motivate - the animal in some of us use it to demotivate, degrade and abuse others... Its the passing from a Primary School to a Secondary School - beginnings of teenage life.. The
age where you find yourselves and decide on your principles and character traits that you will have and grow with it.. An adventure awaits..

Am going on trip to Australia soon and hope all goes well. There is quite a lot of activities for all of you to take part in. Stay healthy and enjoy the trip to those who are going. Those who are not - well its holidays with your parents I guess...

Hmm no plans at this moment but hope to bring family on a short trip for 4 to 5 days - need to budget for this one. But for now - it is exam season for the rest of the students and they need to put their noses into their books even though its Deepavali and Hari Raya. There will be plenty of celebration time in December though.. So don't lose hope and endeavour...

Hi pupils - its a short break for you guys but marking time for us... Oh the 4 days are going to deplete the supply of red ink. Marking is no fun. After PSLE there is a lot of stress release from the pupils and they are trying to release it out by acting up. Just calm down and start thinking about what you want to do in future or take up a hobby or learn something new? If not then keep yourself meaningfully occuppied. I would try Air-fix model making.. Quite a hobby when I was young.. Be creative and think of something to do..

Pupils are raring to go for the PSLE and I am sure they will do well. When it comes to this time of the year work piles up and hits the roof. Not sure how I am going to handle it but am taking it one day at a time.

Oh yes... Its getting closer to the end of the year.. Many things to do.. Besides teaching that is. Sense class is getting over stressed but I am sure that all of them will be ready for PSLE. I want to just wish all of them the very best.

For myself - things seem a bit too much. Have some reports, paperwork and schedules that are really packed. Don't even have time for my own son to keep up with his school work or just be with my kids.. hmmmm.

Need some real break.. Just have to be patient I guess. Have some wishes like doing some studies on applied psychology or a degree. But time and funds are not really there. Only have just HOPE - haha...

Yes, the exams are coming and its time to prepare for the exams. Sharpening those skills is actually quite easy once you know that the only thing thats going to help you is your own BRAIN..

Ha ha.. well use it well for it will carry you a long way. About report cards - yes it was supposed to be this week. But there were some delays as we had to ensure that the entire level was ready for the printing of the result slips. Yes it will be given next week... PSLE results will be out on 23 Nov 06 guys and girls...

Oh yes, someone reminded me of the count down.. Is it 20 days left? Just counted... Monday would be 17 days.. Somebody please remind me to write it down... thanks.

This entire month is full of work (other than teaching) for me... Somebody please help...

Another day in school and time seems so slow. Thoughts aplenty with school pupils, administrative work, home and its just too much. Not easy to create a balance with so many things coming my way. Am just managing with the flow and hope not to stumble or fall...

Blogging is a new avenue to communicate - glad some of you guys responded - better than journal writing response that I had with all my pupils.. Keep posting your comments only if its not too much for you...
